Cinnamon Raisin Peanut Butter

Back in the day I had a brilliant idea. A restaurant that sells nothing but different varieties of peanut butter & jelly sandwiches. My PB & J Cafe would have homemade peanut butter in flavors like chocolate & banana, white chocolate macadamia nut & cinnamon raisin. It would be delightful. But then Peanut Butter & Co. stole my brilliant idea and my dream was squashed. Sad face. Back to the drawing boards for brilliant cafe ideas….but for now I can drown my sorrows in this homemade peanut butter. And it is pretty darn good. It reminds me of cinnamon raisin toast with peanut butter all in one. So really it is a time saver AND a good breakfast/lunch/ post workout snack option. Yay!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups unsalted peanuts
  • 2 teaspoons canola oil
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
Preparation:
  1. Grind all ingredients in a food processor until smooth & creamy
