Buffalo Wild Wings is mostly known for their deep fried boneless wings but I have never been able to order them. I’m just way too hooked on their “Naked Tenders.” This menu item is really just grilled chicken strips served with a selection of their spicy barbeque sauces and it is so delicious. And so much healthier than those deep fried wings. And that just makes you feel good…and full, because like I said…these are delicious. I decided to recreate this dish and found that it was very easy and far less expensive than going out to eat. The price of this recipe, which serves 3 was less than B-Dubs serving for one. I’m personally a big fan of that. Plus when you aren’t out at a restaurant, you can eat your dinner while watching an all day marathon of Criminal Minds. Which is even more addicting than Bdubs. Just sayin’
Ingredients: 3 servings
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch strips
- salt, pepper & paprika to taste
- 1 cup plain barbeque sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder

I made this for dinner tonight. But I skipped the BBQ sauce and honey – so I just also sprinkled some chili powder and cayenne pepper on the strips. DELICIOUS!
